We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthful environment for employees, protecting the public, preserving Crossway's assets and property.
We also believe that our commitment ro safety is what sets us apart from our competitors. This safe performance of work is as valuable to a client as the work performed.
All cliches aside, Crossway cares about our employees, after all, they provide our jobs, and without them, the company doesn't exist. To achieve the safety objectives and protect the employees, the Safety and Health Program will be followed throughout our organzation.

This Program is composed of a series of videos, tests, on-the-job reviews, re-training, and other components (bi-lingual training when necessary) to verify that the workers on the job are qualified and safe at all times. Once again... "Safety and Quality. No Exceptions."
