Quality
Quality has to be our daily goal. Re-work on average provides an 110% loss on that work segment. We not only
lose the profit onthat segment, but pay the original cost again, and also lose the profit on work that would
have been done with those hours spent on re-work. This is why quality is so important, and this is stressed
daily in our operations.
And here's how we do it ...
We plan ...
Very little of value is accomplished without careful, intelligent planning. This is
particularly true in contracting. Quality material must be applied by skilled careftsmen as efficiently and
effectively as possible. Therefore, planning is of utmost importance.
Project analysis are performed by
qualified professionals, including manufacturer's respresentatives, staff NACE inspectors, etc. Age, moisture,
texture, alkalinity, and other properties of the substrates can be tested and the correct specification or
procedure will be recommended. All this in an effort to obtain maximum service life of the new coating.
We Train ...
It's hard to find good help... so we make ours from scratch... From apprentice to journeyman,
everyone undergoes on going safety, surface prep, and coating application training. The goal for everyone from
Project Manager to Foreman to crew leaders is to train a next level supervisor, (groom or broom) so all can
enjoy upward mobility
Accurate, Detailed Estimate
Square footage and accessibility are analyzed so that man hours, coating
quantity, and equipment can be accurately estimated. We make every effort to cover even the smallest detail.
Although we strive to estimate exactly what the specification or customer requests, if our experience shows a
better value or more cost effective approach, we will offer alternative solutions.
Complete Site Preparation
With approval of the estimate, we will develop an operable work schedule which
will schedule our work around your existing operations and identify any conflicts. This will also provide a
"check-list" that allows you as the customer to monitor our progress and procedures.
Quality Control Supervision
At all times, a CWSC foreman is on-site to maintain coordination and quality
control. To verify compliance, a CWSC superintendent or manager checks the job daily. At job's end, a written
"Compliance with Specifications" report can be provided for your files.
Thorough Clean-up
We believe in job excellence from start to finish. Before we leave, everything will be
cleaner than we found it. Our reputation depends on your satisfaction.
